There is a place for everyone in theatre! Whether you are interested in design, technology, organization, costumes, or working backstage, our productions offer hands-on opportunities to develop your skills and gain real-world experience.

Design & Creative Roles

  • Assistant Costume Designer
    Assist with creating and bringing costume designs to life.
  • Assistant Lighting Designer
    Support the Lighting Designer in developing and implementing the lighting design.
  • Assistant Scenic Designer
    Help create and execute the scenic design for a production.
  • Costume Designer
    Create the overall visual design of costumes and guide their development from concept to stage.
  • Lighting Designer
    Design the lighting that helps create the mood, focus, and visual world of a production.
  • Makeup & Hair Designer
    Design and develop the hair and makeup looks that support each character and the overall production.
  • Properties Designer
    Research, source, build, and organize the props needed to bring the world of the production to life.
  • Scenic Designer
    Create the visual environment of the production, including scenery, drawings, models, and other design elements.
  • Sound Designer
    Create and develop the sound elements, effects, and audio design for a production.

Technical & Production Roles

  • Charge Scenic Painter
    Lead the painting and finishing of scenery and other visual elements.
  • Master Electrician
    Organize the lighting crew and equipment while overseeing the installation, focus, and maintenance of lighting.
  • Light Board Operator
    Operate the lighting console and execute lighting cues during rehearsals and performances.
  • Sound Board Operator
    Operate sound equipment, microphones, and audio cues throughout the production.
  • Propsmaster
    Organize, maintain, preset, and oversee the proper use of props during rehearsals and performances.
  • Run Crew
    Work backstage to execute technical elements, scene shifts, and other assigned production responsibilities.

Stage Management & Backstage Roles

  • Stage Manager
    Serve as the organizational center of the production, supporting communication between the director, cast, designers, and technical crew while helping ensure each performance runs smoothly.
  • Assistant Stage Manager
    Support the Stage Manager, assist with rehearsals and backstage organization, and help oversee the crew during performances.
  • Head Wardrobe
    Supervise costumes and dressers while ensuring performers and costume areas are prepared throughout the production.
  • Dresser
    Assist performers with costumes, quick changes, laundry, repairs, and costume organization during rehearsals and performances.
